There were moments of contention where we decided to walk away and it was her caring professional attitude that made us reconsider and see this through. She is an amazing person to have worked with.

COVID has made everything quite unpleasant generally speaking, but we had the sad situation of being hit by ill health during the closing period. Kathryn is a wonderful person - not just a real estate agent and industry professional. She offered solutions, prayers, advice and guidance through this troubling time. She definitely, went the extra mile for us and never did I feel that this was a business transaction. I have never met her, only engaged through phone and text messages, I don't even know what she looks like!. I now consider her a friend. She is helpful, honest, engaging, trustworthy, and an overall decent human being. I will work with her again, and I will meet her some day!
